Godiva Taxis is owned and operated by a team that have been running Coventrys largest operational taxi fleet for the last 35 years. 

The team have decided to take a new direction with the way in which taxi services are provided within the City by investing heavily in new technologies, connecting us to our customers in the most efficient way possible.

The focus for Godiva Taxis is to always have the best interest of the customer in all that we do and offer.

We run our back end services using world class technology ensuring that customer interaction is as seamless as possible, whilst at the same time we wanted to also retain and offer the more traditional methods of contacting a taxi firm.

We fully appreciate that not everybody uses online applications, and not everybody wishes to utilise new technologies. If you still prefer to pick up a phone and speak to somebody, then we are here for you. 

We still offer a fully manned telephone service where you can book your taxi on the phone by actually speaking to somebody.
